Charlie Dallavalle Jr. – President
Charlie Dallavalle Jr. is the Founder and President of Painting Plus, Inc. As a teenager he was employed with his Uncles business Dunn-Right Construction. He has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years and is a business graduate from the University of Georgia. While at UGA he owned and operated a small window cleaning and painting business. After graduation, he determined that construction was his passion. As a true entrepreneur, he started Painting Plus, Inc. in the spring of 1998. Since the beginning he has been creating unique, exteriors for homeowners all over Atlanta. Charlie is a trendsetter in the industry and intends to be the most sought after home improvement company in the Atlanta market while continuing to exceed people’s expectations with quality and service. Charlie has built the Painting Plus brand and continues the company’s reputation as the one of the best and most recognizable contractors in the area.
Charles Dallavalle Sr. – Estimator/Project Supervisor
Charles Sr. brings guidance and executive management to Painting Plus. He has been in sales and management essentially his entire life, as an executive manager with medical giant Novartis for 32 years. He was the east coast manager and led the region several years winning countless awards. Since his retirement several years ago, he joined his oldest son’s business and took over the entire gutter division, managing all financial aspects and product lines. Charles is one of the only owners of a 7″ gutter machine in the state of Georgia and can fabricate commercial gutters at any given time. Charles handles key accounts such as apartment complexes, churches and commercial buildings.
Charles grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in Business Management.
Kent Pochmara – Estimator/New Construction Supervisor
Kent Pochmara is the lead estimator for Painting Plus. In 1999 he joined Charlie and began the work of creating a multimillion-dollar organization out of the small start-up painting business. Since then, he has guided the team in creating documented and systematic operational functions that allow the company to offer a complex menu of services and products with an outstanding degree of customer satisfaction. He has been at the forefront of the industry in applying technology to the operations of the company and in supplying education and certification opportunities to the newer team members. He is a Federal Certified Lead Renovator and is approved to oversee the certification of other contractors in the industry through the Environmental Protection Agency. Kent champions the sales force by example and is always willing to lend a hand. He is a Business graduate from Valdosta State University.
Kelli Heineman – Office Manager
Kelli came to Painting Plus, Inc. with a diverse background in sales and marketing. With owning her own business for 15 years, she knows the operations, organizational details and has the “heart” to know what it takes to run a business smoothly. She has been the Office Manager with Painting Plus, Inc. since 2005. As one of the first points of contact for our company, Kelli handles the processing of all projects and receivables as well as relationships with our customers, contractors and vendors.
Kelli and her family have resided in the Atlanta area since 1985.
Mary Smith – Office Manager
Mary joined Painting Plus, Inc. in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She has worked in the Home Improvement Industry in the past and brings computer and data entry skills to assist in processing jobs, filing, and answering/processing phone call for our sales representatives.
Mary resides in East Cobb with her husband and 4 children.
Lindy Schwarz – Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, Lindy Schwarz’s responsibilities at Painting Plus include handling all the day to day financial needs of our company. She is responsible for vendor relationships, banking/credit card/merchant transactions, subcontractor payroll and W/C and G/L Insurance maintenance and audits.
Lindy brings over 30 years of professional Banking and Accounting experience to her role at Painting Plus. Most notable, Lindy spent over 11 years in the marketing industry where she had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in not only Accounting but Sales and Management as well and she was named Employee of the Year in 1994. She has also maintained her own successful bookkeeping business for over 10 years. Lindy’s diligence, comment to accuracy of her work and attention to detail has made her a great fit for Painting Plus.
Donna Brown – Project Coordinator
Donna Brown joined Painting Plus as Project Coordinator. With a degree in Interior Design and after years of work with Architects, she has spent the last 15 years in the construction industry. At Painting Plus, she works with the salesmen, crews and vendors, coordinating with the customer and making sure everything is set with the job installation. Donna understands that communication and having everything run smoothly is very important to the customers.
Donna was born in South Carolina and currently lives with her two children in Alpharetta, GA.
Mike Shelton – Supervisor/Estimator
Mike Shelton is one of Painting Plus leading siding and window specialist. Mike has been in the construction industry for over 35 years and a former builder in the Gwinnett area. He is also a Veteran of the United States Navy. Originally from St. Louis, MO Mike and his wife have lived in Duluth, GA since 1975. Mike has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf and attending the grandchildren’s sport activities.
Tommy Taylor – Production Manager
Tommy Taylor is head of production for Painting Plus bringing over 30 years in the home improvement industry. Starting as window and siding installer he quickly moved up to head of production, and has been involved in every aspect of construction from planning to completion. Tommy believes the most important part of construction is communication with the customers and the crews. To make a project a successful project you have to communicate.
Tommy was born and raised in Atlanta, currently living in Decatur
Tom George – Gutter Installation Manager
Tom George is the lead gutter installer and manager of the gutter crews. He has been in the Gutter business for the past 10 years in one capacity or another. He joined Painting Plus, Inc. in the spring of 2005 as Installation Manager and within one year took over the installation and maintenance divisions. During his tenure at Painting Plus he has instituted a training program, a safety program, and developed many new streamlined processes enabling his division to become more efficient and profitable.
Roderick Kent – Gutter/Roof repair and Cleaning Manager
Roderick has been working with Painting Plus for years and is the “go to” guy on all the extreme and dangerous situations. He specializes in high roof work. His extensive knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail on every job, has yielded tremendous success helping him consistently exceeds customer expectations. Roderick spends his time is in the field supervising projects and insuring quality work.
Roderick is a native to Georgia and lives in Marietta with his wife and son.
Anthony Dallavalle – Supervisor/Estimator
Anthony was born and raised in Marietta, GA and has been involved with Painting Plus since the inception. He understands the importance in having a good work ethic. Anthony handles all aspects of construction and provides expert recommendation to all his customers regarding interior and exterior remodeling. He graduated from Walton High School in 2000 and went on to receive a business and horticulture degree from the University of Georgia. Anthony has been in the construction business since his youth and uses his years of experience with Painting Plus coordinating jobs from start to finish, estimating projects, and reading blue prints for commercial projects. He is also a certified lead renovator.
John Martin – Supervisor/Estimator
John Martin understands how to work with clients and can manage all types of exterior projects simultaneously. He has been stellar in all aspects of the siding business. He specializes in recognizing and replacing faulty defective siding with over 15 years of experience in the siding claims industry prior to starting with Painting & Siding Plus. John has brought his knowledge to the Painting Plus team and is a true team player with a great attitude.
John has lived in Georgia for over 20 years and lives in the Marietta Square with his wife and three children. He enjoys tennis, golf and time with his family.
Chad Rice – Sales/Territory Manager
Chad has 20 years experience in Home Improvement Sales and Management. He has trained new sales associates all aspects of the industry the last 3 years.Chad has worked with all aspects of remodel, and new construction sales. He grew up and started a family in Southern California before moving to the Atlanta area 8 years ago. He has been married for 20 years, and has 3 daughters (1 just started college). He is a huge sports enthusiast, and enjoys vacationing with his family.
Peter Koszylko – Project Manager
Peter is a Project Manager who is great with people, skilled punch out man and a professional in the field. He oversees the crews on the job and is the point of contact with the customer from start to finish as the project progresses.
Peter grew up in Chicago Illinois but has lived in Atlanta since 2008. Peter is also working on getting his degree from Life collage in Marietta and speaks Polish fluently.
Eduardo Daher – Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Eduardo plans, budgets, oversees and documents all aspects of the specific project he is working on. He works closely with the crews, salesmen and upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Eduardo has lived in the Atlanta for over 15 years he is originally from Brazil and can speak three languages fluently.
Wes Donaldson – Project Manager
Wes Donaldson is a Project Manager with 20 plus years in the industry. He takes tremendous pride in his work and is a very detailed oriented individual. Wes grew up in the painting industry & has worked his way from the bottom up by starting his career as a paint mixer at Ben Moore in East Cobb, then being promoted to a store manager and ultimately a Project Manager starting with Painting Plus in 2006. He is a well-rounded, down to earth, self-taught overachiever.
Wes was born and raised in Atlanta. His hobbies include fast cars and playing billiards.
Wayne Pailloz – Project Manager
Wayne Pailloz joined Painting Plus bringing over 25 plus years in the construction industry. Wayne started his career framing houses which eventually lead him to siding/window crew foreman. As Project Manager with Painting Plus he supervises the jobs making sure the customer is happy and the crews stay on schedule. Each job can present different obstacles but with Wayne’s experience and knowledge he is able to make sure every Painting Plus Job is a success.
Wayne is a native to Atlanta and currently lives with his son on their farm in Mansfield, GA. They both enjoy fishing and working with the horses.
